Who we are

ARITHMONOIA is the name of an independent studio. Akari Hayami operates it as an individual. It is not a company. In these terms, “we” and “the studio” mean Akari Hayami working under the name ARITHMONOIA.

This website

This website gives general information about the studio and its services. It is not an offer to do any specific work. We agree on the scope, the price and the dates of each project in writing.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors.

Projects

Each project has its own written agreement. If that agreement differs from this page, the agreement applies.

Use of AI

The studio uses AI models to draft, build and check its work. Akari Hayami reviews every delivery before it is handed over. Each delivery includes a short note on how AI was used.

Name and marks

The ARITHMONOIA name, mark and wordmark belong to Akari Hayami. Please do not use them in a way that suggests that we made, approved or support something that we did not.

Code that we publish on GitHub or npm comes with its own licence. That licence applies to the code.
